On Monday, investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested a local man for felony domestic violence.
Charles Sartin was allegedly involved in an aggravated domestic violence incident Sunday night.
For domestic abuse to be a felony charge, the suspect used a weapon or strangulation.
He was arrested and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he remained Monday on a $5,000 bond.
