Taylor Man Charged with Cyberstalking

A Taylor man was arrested recently for allegedly making threats via text messages.

According to the Oxford Police Department, at 10:09 a.m. on Nov. 21, a report came into dispatch in regard to a man making threats toward the caller and law enforcement over text messages.

After an investigation, Quayellis Wilson, 30, of Taylor, was arrested and charged with cyberstalking.

He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $5,000 bond.
