A Madison man was arrested for sexual battery recently.
According to the Oxford Police Department, took a walk-in report about a sexual assault that allegedly occurred at an apartment complex on the 2900 block of Old Taylor Road.
After an investigation, James Leslie Hardin II, 23, of Madison was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with sexual battery.
He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $10,000 bond.
