A Lafayette County man was arrested recently on a charge of cyberstalking.
Oxford Police Department responded to Davis Drive to take a report regarding harassment and threatening messages.
After investigation, Earnest Sears, 21, of Lafayette County, was arrested and charged with Cyberstalking.
Sears was taken before a Lafayette County Justice Court judge for his initial bond hearing and issued a $2,500 bond.
