An Oxford man was arrested for burglary, according to the Oxford Police Department.
On Feb. 6, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Brittany Drive for a report of a burglary.
After an investigation, Darius Hardy, 29, Oxford, was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Dwelling.
Hardy was taken before a Lafayette County Justice Court judge for his initial bond hearing and issued a $5,000 bond.
