An Oxford man was arrested recently after the Oxford Police Department took a walk-in report regarding financial fraud.
The report was made on Oct. 12. After an investigation, Dontarius Cosby, 23, of Oxford was arrested on April 7 and charged with identity theft.
He was taken before a Lafayette County Justice Court judge for his initial bond hearing and issued a $17,500 bond.
