Oxford Charger Baseball Team Hosts Tryouts for 2016-2017 Season on August 6

The Oxford Charger Baseball Team will host tryouts for the 2016-2017 season on Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Edwin Moak Field. Tryouts begin at 3 p.m., and all eligible incoming ninth through 12th graders are invited to participate. Edwin Moak Field is located on the Oxford Middle School campus at 222 Bramlett Boulevard in Oxford.

Student athletes need to have an up-to-date physical on file in order to try out for the 2016-2017 baseball team. Those interested in participating in tryouts should wear shorts on the day of and bring a glove, bat, tennis shoes, and cleats with them to tryouts.
