Crime ReportOxford police responded to the following calls: reported DUI, three alarms, larceny, 911 hang-up, burglary of a residence (Old Sardis Road), scam, suspicious vehicle, welfare concern, malicious mischief, three disturbing the peace, two suspicious activity, harassing phone call, report of a residence (2000 Block of Old Taylor Rd).
Oxford police investigated 12 wrecks, issued 17 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
Disorderly Conduct – Failure To Comply
Domestic Violence – Simple Assault
6 Public Drunk
Careless Driving and DUI
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents:  animal complaint, disturbance, petit larceny, juvenile complaint, six service calls, suspicious activity, two welfare concerns, transport, two trespassing, civil matter, road obstruction, two follow-up, reckless driver.
Lafayette Sheriff’s department made one arrest
grand larceny and petit larceny
Oxford Fire Department: 
Cooking activated a smoke detector at the Kappa Alpha house.
Cooking activated a smoke detector at 513 Exbury Drive.

University Police: Alcohol EMS police need due to intoxication, possession of alcohol, suspicious vehicle, eight vehicle stops, vandalism, motor vehicle accident, sexual battery.
