Ole Miss basketball announced on Twitter Tuesday morning the return of Square Jam to the historic Oxford Square Oct. 19.
Square Jam is returning after a two year break. Square Jam is unique to Oxford, as the athletic department will put a full-sized court in the parking lot between Neilson’s and the courthouse. The men’s and women’s basketball teams will host a 3-point shooting and slam dunk contest.

The 2018-19 season gets underway Nov. 2, with exhibition games for coach Kermit Davis and coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin’s squads. The men take on Fayetteville State while the women take on Lemoyne-Owen College inside the Pavilion.
