A Water Valley man was arrested Monday and charged with molesting a child.
According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department, Thomas D. Combs was charged with touching a child for lustful purposes for allegedly molesting a minor under 16 years old.
Combs, 58, is listed as a registered sexual offender for a sexual battery charge in 1994.
He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $40,000 bond.
