The man killed in an early morning wreck Tuesday on Highway 7 in Abbeville has been identified as Hugo Luevano Tristan, 49, of Tate County, according to Lafayette County Coroner Rocky Kennedy.
The wreck occurred at about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday and involved several vehicles, although the number of people injured is still unknown.
Tristan was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck but has not yet released any information.
