Brick and Spoon Oxford to Host Shrimp Boil Oct. 20

Though crawdad season may have come and gone, locals can still get their hands on some tasty shrimp.

Tickets are $15 and include a shrimp boil plate and a beer or non-alcoholic drink. Photo provided.

Brick and Spoon Oxford is hosting a shrimp boil Oct. 20—the weekend of the Auburn game—from 12 to 4 p.m. as the Rebels take the field.

Tickets are $15 and include a shrimp boil plate and a beer or non-alcoholic drink. The tickets—now on sale at the restaurant on 1801 Jackson Ave. West—also ensure a reserved seat to watch the game. There are a limited number of tickets available for purchase.

Though the shrimp boil is the main event, traditional breakfast and lunch items will also available.

Brick and Spoon is a “high-quality southern experience for those who want accessible, and upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch dining,” according to its website. Travel and Leisure magazine recently voted Brick and Spoon one of the Top 10 breakfast spots in the U.S. The Oxford location opened in June.
