The Ole Miss baseball team took the series from Texas A&M on Friday night with a 13-3 victory.

Ole Miss (29-15, 12-8) used a big six-run seventh inning to put the game out of reach for the Aggies.

Freshman Doug Nikhazy dominated on the hill only allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits with a free pass and 10 strikeouts.

Texas A&M took a 2-1 advantage in the top of the sixth, but the Rebels quickly answered on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Kevin Graham followed up by back-to-back RBI singles by Ryan Olenek and Grae Kessinger. Ole Miss was not done there as Tyler Keenan hit a three-run bomb.

In the third inning, Ole Miss scratched across the first run of the game on a solo shot off the bat of Anthony Servideo.

Texas A&M got its final run of the game on a home run off the bat of Blake Shoemake.

The final game of the series is today at 2 p.m. on the SEC Network+.
