Officers made the following arrests:

1 DUI and careless driving
1 DUI, running a red light, driving while license suspended and no insurance
1 expired driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance
1 open container
1 possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding
1 warrant served and possession of drug paraphernalia
Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department took one person into custody on a Chancery Court writ and investigated the following reports:

University Police Department conducted two vehicle stops and issued one citation.
Oxford Fire Department firefighters responded to the following calls:
7:53 a.m. – 366 Windsor Dr. North – medical call – monitored vitals until EMS arrived
9:32 a.m. – Kappa Alpha House – workers activated the dining room smoke detector
8:51 p.m. – 105 Glen Alden Circle – medical call – monitored vitals until EMS arrived
