In facing elimination the Ole Miss Rebels defeated Southeast Missouri State 10-0 to advance to the final day of the Oxford Regional.

Ole Miss (39-18) had a huge first inning as they scored eight runs in the frame. The Rebels sent 13 batters to the dish. Sophomore Abby Latham got the Rebels going with a two-run home run. She would then add another single and RBI to her total.

Senior Brittany Finney continued to get batters out while in the circle. She struck out five batters while only giving up two hits while not surrendering a run to pick up the win. Sophomore Ava Tillmann entered in the fourth and kept the shutout intact.

Ole Miss now will have to defeat Louisiana twice on Sunday to advance to the Super Regionals. First pitch is set for 2 p.m.
