An Oxford man was arrested last week and charged with sexual battery, according to the Oxford Police Department.
On July 18, investigators responded to Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi to the emergency room for a report of sexual assault.
The alleged victim identified the suspect as Zachary Bray, 32, of Oxford.
On July 23, Bray turned himself into OPD after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He was charged with sexual battery and booked into the Lafayette County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond by a Justice Court judge.
