1 residential burglary
2 shopliftings
2 suspicious activities
2 suspicious people

2 vehicle searches
4 welfare checks

Officers made the following arrests:
1 DUI and no driver’s license
1 DUI and no headlight
1 public and possession of a fake ID
1 shoplifting

Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to two writs to take into custody and investigated the following reports:
1 agency assist
2 alarms
1 animal complaint
3 disturbances
4 road obstruction
2 service calls
1 suspicious activity
1 suspicious vehicle
3 transports

University Police Department investigated one wreck and one report of fraud.

Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
11:08 a.m. – 170 Eagle Pointe Loop – it was an intruder alarm activated by real estate agent
12:26 a.m. – Ole Miss Motel – medical call but EMS arrived on the scene before FD did anything
2:19 a.m. – The Village Apts. #112 – smoke detector malfunction
7:54 p.m. 918 Molly Barr Road – a/c unit going bad and arcing
8:38 p.m. – 2495 Old Taylor Road – smoke detector chirping
