Former Ole Miss shooting guard Terence Davis played in his first regular-season NBA game on Tuesday night in the 130-122 Toronto Raptors victory over the New Orleans Pelicans.
Davis came in the game fresh off the bench to join the second team. The Southaven native scored 5 points with 5 rebounds and had 2 assists and 2 steals in 15 minutes of action. He went 2-for-6 on field goals with 1-for-3 from beyond the arc.
The Raptors signed Davis as a free-agent during summer league ball in Los Vegas when he was a part of the Denver Nuggets.
Davis and the Raptors return to action on Friday as they travel to the TD Garden to take on the Boston Celtics. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. CT.
