The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested a local man Tuesday for allegedly taking money from an ATM machine using a stolen debit card.
According to arrest reports, Larry Pegues Jr., 31, of Oxford was charged with using a credit card with the intent to defraud.
He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he is held on no bond pending a first appearance hearing.
