On Thursday, investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested Dustin Hayes Potts, 23, of Oxford for Aggravated Assault Domestic Violence.
Potts was allegedly involved in an altercation where the victim was choked by the suspect.
Potts was booked into the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was later released on a $2,500 bond.
