The 2013 Rebel squad looks to build on the success of last season.

It seems like only yesterday that the Ole Miss football team ended the 2012 season by defeating their in-state rival in the Mississippi State Bulldogs and posting its first bowl win since 2010 with a 38-17 win over the Pittsburgh Panthers in the BBVA Compass Bowl. Yet with the summer waning, its almost time for the 2013 season to begin.

What can fans expect this year after one of the best recruiting classes in Ole Miss history –– one that brought the number one sought after player in the nation to Ole Miss in Robert Nkemdiche.

They’ll know soon.  On Friday August 2nd, the Rebel will be strapping on the shoulder pads again for preseason practice and Ole Miss Media Day. Here at Hottytoddy.com, we’re committed to bringing fans wall to wall coverage of Ole Miss football preseason action, with daily video clips of coaches and player interviews leading up to kickoff against the Vanderbilt Commodores on August 29.

Don’t miss our sports team coverage led by HottyToddy.com Sports Editor Adam Brown and reporters Seph Anderson and Evelyn Van Pelt.
