An Oxford man was arrested Sunday for allegedly being a felon with a gun and possessing meth.
According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department, John P. Troy, of Oxford, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of methamphetamine.
He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
