“The voice” of Christian music is going to Broadway. Sandi Patty, the most awarded female vocalist in contemporary Christian music history, is on tour performing Broadway classics from her recently released her debut American Pops album Broadway Stories and brings the show to the Ford Center for the Performing Arts at Ole Miss, 7 p.m, November 15.
Featuring songs from iconic musicals such as The Music Man, Hello Dolly! and Showboat, the 5-time Grammy Award winner shows her vocal prowess through some of the most well-known pieces from stage and screen, including a medley from The Sound of Music, the haunting rendition of “Send In the Clowns” and the show-stopping “You’ll Never Walk Alone.”
Tickets range from $39 to $50 and are available at the Ford Center box office or at www.fordcenter.org.
