Try Adventure Boot Camp’s New Stroller Fit workout session for free Monday July 29th
Oxford’s newest mommy-and-me workout is rolling along with the latest trend, Adventure Boot Camp’s Stroller Fit. Mommies of all ages, shapes and sizes now have the option to get fit without the worry of childcare while doing so.
Adventure Boot Camp’s physical trainer, Kendall Gregory, specifically designed the new Stroller Fit workout routine to help moms stay in shape with baby’s help, too. Whether you are a new mom, or an expert baby handler, Stroller Fit encourages mommies to get in shape with baby and stroller in tow.
“Recently, my wife and I had our first child, and she has been wanting to get back to working out, but we currently don’t have daycare,” Gregory said. “So we wanted to incorporate a routine in to our program that moms and their babies could do to have fun and exercise together.”
Stroller Fit is a 60-minute outdoor workout focusing on intervals of toning and cardio training using a baby stroller with a certified personal trainer by your side.
Oxford Adventure Boot Camp’s programs are four-week outdoor/indoor fitness routines that offer professional instruction and nutritional counseling. They also offer personal training for both men and women.
“All fitness levels are welcome,” Gregory said. ”Realizing that moms at all stages are looking to target and combat post-childbirth problem areas, this all-inclusive program combines three-weekly small group classes of mixed intensity interval training.”
Stroller Fit classes are held at 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
