Book of Manning Premiers on ESPN
On Tuesday September 24, at 7 pm CST, the SEC Storied documentary, The Book of Manning, will premier on ESPN.
The documentary follows the rise of the Manning family from Archie Manning’s childhood in Drew, Mississippi, to him watching his youngest son Eli play in college and getting drafted.
If there is one thing that the documentary is focussed on, it’s on the Manning FAMILY. Of course football is a big part of the family’s history but the film goes so much deeper than that. It goes through the dark times that the family faced and the great times that they’ve had. Archie was a great quarterback when he played football but he was an even better father to all of his children.
On September 6th, a premier was held at the Gertrude C. Ford Center on the Ole Miss campus. Many sports figures, including CBS’s Tim Brando, came for the premier. In an interview with HottyToddy.com Tim Brando talked about his relationship with Archie.
If you want to watch the documentary, remember to tune in to ESPN tonight at 7 pm CST.
