Makel Hutchins of Saltillo, center, was selected Miss Itawamba Community College 2014 at the conclusion of the annual pageant Tuesday night at the Fulton Campus. Alternates include Johnna Wilson of Fulton, left, and Quitley Ivy of Shannon, second. Hutchins will represent ICC in the 2014 Miss Mississippi Pageant next summer.
