The Aug. 5 Rebel football practice featured an informal bet between the offense and defense on who would win the practice-closing scrimmage.
When the offense squeaked out a victory on a clutch catch by tight end Evan Engram, it was up to linebacker Denzel Nkemdiche to apologize for the trash talk he and his fellow defenders were throwing around.
