Saturday was not a day meant for Mississippi State.
On the 93-mile ride home to Starkville after the Egg Bowl, two Mississippi State buses collided on Highway 278.
Sports Information Director Bill Martin said the accident where one bus ran into the back of another was not serious, and some players were moved to a different bus.
