Oxford’s Chick-fil-a on West Jackson Avenue will be having their annual “Breakfast with Santa” on Dec. 6 and 13.
Lance Reed, the franchised restaurant operator, wants to invite Oxford families to bring their children to the restaurant to eat breakfast with Santa Claus and have their picture made.
“We’ve been doing this for about three or four years in order to do something for the community,” Reed said.
The event will start this Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and will last until 10:30 a.m. Pictures with Santa Claus will be $5, and will be available to parents before they leave the restaurant.
“We feel like it’s a good family kind of time, to get out in Oxford during the holiday season and make it out to Chick-fil-a to have breakfast with Santa,” Reed said.
Reed says the restaurant usually has a large crowd and encourages people to come early. If you cannot make it this Saturday for the festivities, another “Breakfast with Santa” will be held at the same time next Saturday, Dec. 13.
Merry Christmas!
