Oxford police investigated one wreck, issued 11 traffic citations, made an arrest for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia and served one warrant.
University police reported no incidents.
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following incidents: worker hit a gas line, smoke detector malfunction.
