Moody Arrested for First-Offense DUI

Ole Miss senior guard Stefan Moody was arrested  in Lafayette County over the weekend on charges of a first-offense DUI.

According to a report by the Clarion-Ledger,  Moody was booked at 1:45 am on Saturday, then released on bond a few hours after.

If convicted, a first offense carries a jail sentence of up to 48 hours, a fine of up to $1,000 and a three-month license suspension.

Coming into this season, Moody looks to expand on his 18.6 points and adding 3.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists as a junior for the Rebels. He is also the top returning scorer in the SEC from a season ago.
