Prewitt Injured During Training Camp

Former Ole Miss All-American safety Cody Prewitt injured his foot during practice on August 2 with the Tennessee Titans.

The injury to Prewitt’s foot will cause him to need surgery.

According to the AP on August 6, the Titans announced they moved Prewitt was placed on injured reserve after missing two practices because of his injured foot. Thus with a open roster spot the Titan’s picked up safety Josh Aubrey to come in.

With this injury Prewitt will remain on Injured Reserve for the season. Once a player is put on injured reserve they remain there for that season.
