Ole Miss to Host Open Auditions for National Anthem Singers Friday

The Men’s Glee Club sings at an Ole Miss Football Game

Oh say can you sing?

The University of Mississippi departments of Intercollegiate Athletics and Music invite hopeful National Anthem singers to participate in auditions Friday (Sept. 18).

Set for 3-5 p.m. in Nutt Auditorium, auditions are open to students, faculty, staff and the general public.

Those selected will perform at various athletic events on campus, excluding football games. Auditions can be vocal or instrumental. Individual and group auditions are welcome, but electronic submissions will not be accepted.

All vocal auditions must be performed a capella and must be under 90 seconds in length.

For more information, contact the athletics department at sportmarketing@olemiss.edu.
