It’s that time of year (after eight games) when the bowl projections are being speculated.
With each win and loss, new tallies are made. Currently, here are HottyToddy.com’s forecast based upon future favorites prevailing:
Final Four (Orange/Cotton Bowls): Alabama
Sugar Bowl (SEC 1): Ole Miss
Citrus Bowl (SEC 2): LSU
Peach Bowl (At Large): Florida
Outback Bowl (SEC 3-8): Georgia
Music City Bowl (SEC 3-8): Texas A&M
TaxSlayer Bowl (SEC 3-8): Mississippi State
Liberty Bowl (SEC 3-8): Tennessee
Texas Bowl (SEC 3-8): Arkansas
The remaining five teams of Auburn, Missouri, Vanderbilt, South Carolina and Kentucky are still doubtful as to receiving a bid based upon their final record.
Should we be correct in our forecast that the Rebels will be headed to the Sugar Bowl, that would mean the first invitation since 1970!
