Following the continuous reporting by Albert Samaha on Buzzfeed News, the local officials in Oxford will begin evaluating Lafayette Metro Narcotics Unit.
Last Thursday, University of Mississippi Police Chief Tim Potts told Will Crockett of the The Daily Mississippian that “officers in that unit will now be evaluated after each year on the job in order to ensure that they are still capable of carrying out their duties.”
