The Nov. 21 matchup between Ole Miss and the visiting LSU Tigers has been selected by CBS as its SEC Game of the Week for the 2:30 p.m. CT time slot.
The Rebels, who have a bye this weekend, will play in the 2:30 CBS game for the second straight outing. Ole Miss also played back-to-back games on CBS last year – losing at Arkansas and then defeating Mississippi State.
Ole Miss (7-3, 4-2 Southeastern Conference) is coming off a wacky and heartbreaking 53-52 overtime loss to Arkansas that is the Rebels’ only home defeat of the year.
No. 9 LSU (7-1, 4-1 SEC) hosts Arkansas this Saturday. This past Saturday, the Tigers suffered their first defeat of the season at the hands of No. 4 Alabama, 30-16.
Ole Miss dropped a 10-7 contest to LSU last year in Baton Rouge. That loss snapped the Rebels’ seven-game win streak that had seen them rise to No. 3 in the national polls.
