Squirrel Appreciation Day at Ole Miss via Snap Chat

HottyToddy.com recently connected with the Snap Chat world and created an account to interact with more Rebel fans.

Add @hottytoddynews to connect with us and see fun pictures and videos about what is going on around Oxford and Ole Miss daily. For instance, today is Squirrel Appreciation Day at Ole Miss, according to a filter on Snap Chat. You know watching the squirrels play brightens up your day a bit whether you’re walking to class or hanging out in the Grove!

There’s even a children’s storybook about the squirrels in the Grove. “Where Do the Squirrels Go on Game Days?” was written by Laurie G. Fisher and explains where the squirrels hide out when thousands of Ole Miss fans picnic in the Grove.

Today, you might not see many squirrels playing or eating acorns, but we thought we’d take a look back at times the Ole Miss communications department caught them in action!
