Alecia Autman – Embezzlement
On January 25, Oxford police officers arrested Alecia Autman (23 of Oxford) for Embezzlement. This was a result of Home Depot signing charges on her after she was caught taking over $1,200 from the store. Bond was set at $5,000.
Oxford police responded to the following incidents: four suspicious activities, three alarms, an animal complaint, a recovered property, a scam, a fire department assist, a civil matter, a lost property, a credit card fraud, a malicious mischief, a petit larceny, a careless driving and a burglary at Oxford Square Townhomes.
Oxford police investigated eight wrecks, issued 41 traffic citations and made eight arrests on the following charges:
(3) Possession of drug paraphernalia
No seatbelt and probation violation
Speeding and suspended driver’s license
Suspended driver’s license, no insurance and DUI
Expired tag and possession of drug paraphernalia
Careless driving and minor in possession of alcohol
University police responded to the following incidents: three traffic assists, a suspicious vehicle at Green house, vehicle accident at Howry Hall, and a vehicle accident at National Food Service Management Institute.
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following call: a smoke detector activation at 5:34 p.m. by cooking at 625 Park Drive
