David Henderson – Burglary

Henderson, David

On May 11, Oxford police officers responded to a report of a subject inside a closed business. The caller said they were in the office when they saw someone on security cameras rummaging around within the business. That person heard someone in the office and fled. Upon arrival, the officers found a person matching the description given by the caller. They identified the man as David Joseph Henderson (20 of Opal Lane Ripon, California). After speaking with business owners and watching camera footage, the officers determined that he went in several other businesses: The Levee, The Corner Bar and Rafters after they were closed. On video, the officers could see Henderson trying to take drinks. When the officers stopped him, Henderson had a stack of wristbands in his pockets. He was then arrested for Burglary of a Commercial Building. He was taken before Judge Carolyn Bell for his initial appearance, and she set his bond at $2,500.
