Hermitage Gardens Throws “South of the Border” Fiesta For Residents, Oxford Community

Thursday evening, Hermitage Gardens hosted a “South of the Border” fiesta for residents, friends and family of the community.

The event was held to celebrate this month’s theme, “Be Our Guest,” as part of Hermitage Garden’s Lifestyle 360 program.

Kerri Harrison, the administrator of Hermitage Gardens of Oxford, said the program encompasses five aspects of wellbeing for Hermitage Gardens residents.

“It includes intellectual, spiritual, emotional, social and physical,” Harrison said. “So each month we have an activity geared toward what that aspect might be. So this was part of our social wellbeing of the month.”

For “South of the Border,” residents were able to enjoy a Mexican fair, complete with guacamole and margaritas.
