HottyToddy.com Contributor Steve Vassallo Awarded Chancellor's Circle of Friends Honor Coin


Steve Vassallo of Oxford, Missississippi, was recently awarded the Chancellor’s Circle of Friends Honor Coin as a symbol of thanks and recognition.

Vassallo was the first recipient of this coin, which recognizes individuals for outstanding service or support provided to Arkansas State University – Mountain Home.
Vassallo recently completed an eight-month interim appointment as director of economic development for the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce.
“I was not only thrilled, but surprised to receive this special recognition,” Vassallo said. “And being presented this by such an extraordinary leader like Robin Myers (chancellor of Arkansas State) makes it even more special.”
Vassallo is a CEcD/EDFP and is among one percentile of economic developers in the nation who holds both major certifications within the profession. Vassallo has been a practicing economic developer for 27 years.
