Oxford Man Arrested on Credit Card Fraud Charges

m-bellOn December 28, 2016, investigators with the Oxford Police Department arrested Marvin Bell, 51, of Oxford, Mississippi, for felony credit card fraud and petit larceny.
On December 23, 2016, Mr. Bell went into City Hall and entered an office where he stole a purse. After he left the building, he went out and used the victim’s credit card for over $1,000. Bell was charged with petit larceny and felony credit card fraud. Bond was set at $10,000.
