Frank And Marlee’s on the Oxford Square regains its permit to sell alcohol today after the establishment’s permit had been suspended since April 10.
Suspended for 7 days, Johnny Sossaman, code enforcement officer for OPD confirmed that the permit was suspended due to two sales to minors at the establishment.
HottyToddy.com reached out to Frank & Marlee’s owner about the suspension, but is currently awaiting a response. We will update this story as we receive new information.
