University Trails To Host Crawfish Boil April 22
University Trails on Old Taylor Road in Oxford will be hosting their annual Crawfish Boil April 22 from 1 – 5 p.m. at their clubhouse and pool.
There will be over 1,000 pounds of crawfish provided by Landshark Crawfish plus giveaways, prizes and a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas. The drawing for a trip to Las Vegas is May 1, where one lucky winner will receive $1,000.
University Trails is offering wristbands to their VIP Lounge during the crawfish boil to those who renew or sign a lease this week, which will grant access to additional food for the day’s festivities.
Music will be by DJ Chris Lott for the afternoon by the newly renovated pool. Check out the photo renderings below to see their updated outdoor area.
Last year’s crawfish boil giveaways ranged from restaurant gift certificates and spa certificates to their grand prize, a television.

Also to kick off the week of promotions, University Trails has two new lease specials running:
3 Bedroom 469 (no electric)/499 Electric Included, tenant receives a $250 gift card with signed lease and $200 in the fall.
4 Bedroom 399 (no electric)/425 Electric Included, tenant receives a $200 gift card with a signed lease and $200 in the fall.
University Trails offers all inclusive rates, close proximity to the Ole Miss campus, convenient access to Whirlpool Trails and two bus stops, a fire pit and outdoor kitchen, volleyball and basketball courts, a fitness center, free tanning and computer and study lounge.
