Before you indulge in all the food and drinks of Saturday’s Double Decker festivities, why not start your day with a run?
While early registration may be closed for the 21st annual Double Decker Spring Run, those who wish to participate in the event can sign up right before the race which begins at 7:30 a.m. Those who wish to register before the race are asked to arrive early to ensure the registration process can be completed before the start time.
The race will feature three different courses, a 5k, 10k and a kid’s fun run beginning at 9 a.m. The courses for the 5k and 10k races can be seen below.

$200 Cash Prize will be awarded to overall male and female winners in each race, and all who finish will be given a t-shirt. Sizes and quantity will be given on a first come, first serve basis for those who didn’t pre-register for the race.

Kids: $15
Weather
The event may be delayed or canceled due to Tornado Warning, Tornado Watch, Thunderstorm, Heavy Rain, or any other extreme weather condition. Light to moderate rain is not considered an Adverse Weather Condition.
Participants will be notified via email if the event is canceled, but it doesn’t appear likely that that will be the case with a slim chance of any inclement weather.
