On Tuesday, Oct. 24, investigators with the Oxford Police Department served an arrest warrant on Franklin Manning, 54 of Oxford, with one count of Commercial Burglary. Manning allegedly broke into the Round Table Bar and took two bottles of liquor.
Manning was found a short time later and was booked and charged with one count of commercial burglary.
His bond was set at $1,500.
