On Oct. 26, officers responded to Marquis Towing in reference to an auto burglary.
The following day investigators were able to identify the male through video surveillance which led to a warrant being issued for 48-year-old Roy Edward Liggins of Oxford.
Liggins was charged with an alleged Auto Burglary and given a bond of $1,500.
