Ole Miss sophomore wide receiver A.J. Brown was named one of 10 semifinalists for the Biletnikoff Award by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation on Monday.

In Saturday’s 50-22 win over Louisiana, Brown went over 1,000 yards in receiving for the year. He also tied the single-game record with 14 receptions. Brown currently has 1,015 yards receiving and is only 138 yards behind former Ole Miss receiver and 2015 Biletnikoff Award finalist Laqoun Treadwell’s 1,153 yards.
The Starkville native leads the SEC and is seventh nationally in receiving yards per game (101.5) and is tops in the SEC in touchdowns (9).
The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation will release the three finalists’ names on November 20.
