Oxford Police Arrests Man with Third Alleged DUI

The Oxford Police Department arrested Benjamin McIntosh, 36 of Horn Lake, Mississippi, on Friday, Dec. 8, for a third DUI, One Headlight and No Driver’s License. The arresting officer was driving on US 278 when McIntosh’s vehicle was seen with one headlight. A DUI investigation was later conducted leading to McIntosh’s arrest. McIntosh was given a bond of $2,000.
