Oxford police investigated nine accident, 40 tickets and made the following arrests:

Suspended Driver’s License, One Headlight
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Two accidents, four alarms, two disturbances, grand larceny, service call, suspicious activity/persons, three welfare concerns, scam, three transports, information, traffic complaint, traffic detail.
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department made no arrests
Oxford Fire Department:
08:46 – The Flats Bldg. 8 – general fire alarm activation – no cause found
13:42 – US Sedimentation Lab 598 McElroy – alarm company working on the system
23:19 – Stewart Hall 5th floor study room – general fire alarm malfunction
01:14 – The Domain #2110 – caller advised his fire alarm was going off – there was no audible alarm upon arrival and the alarm panel showed everything was normal
University Police Department responded to the following incidents:
Vehicle stop, ambulance needed, speeding, improper parking, running a stop sign, suspicious person, assist with traffic.
